Microsoft will announce three Windows Phone 7 devices on October 11th that will be available from AT&T in November, The Wall Street Journal is reporting. AT&T will reportedly be the exclusive first carrier of the phones, which are being manufactured by Samsung, LG, and HTC. AT&T will also market the devices for Microsoft.
