Nokia, the Finnish phone maker, is optimistic about Windows Phone 7, Microsoft's new mobile operating system, which will be shipping on some of its hottest handsets this year. Nokia's earnings have been hurting after it formed its partnership with Microsoft, but Jorma Ollila, the company's chairman, believes everything will work out.
